Weddings

Love is patient. Love is kind. It does not envy or boast...

Cedar Ceremonies are wonderful celebratory occasions, made completely bespoke to each couple. Good news your ceremony can be held wherever you want it to be.

There’s no doubt that organising a wedding is both an exciting and challenging time. A major milestone in your life full of meaning and emotion.

The next decision you need to make is what type of ceremony you would like?

Celebrant led weddings are becoming more and more popular in the UK. There are no restrictions in terms of content, form or style and can therefore, be completely personalised.

A celebrant-led wedding means religion is not the primary concern. However, your ceremony can be tailored to include religious elements, if it forms part of your wishes.

You have complete flexibility regarding the words and content of your Ceremony.  This can include spiritual references, singing and lighting of candles whatever, you wish.

Your Ceremony can be conducted anywhere you want. These can be on licensed or unlicensed premises or on public land.  Remember to get the relevant permission from the landowner.

Weddings with a Celebrant means the legal part of the marriage must take place with a registrar and two witnesses. This must be done before your ceremony with me.

It is the marriage licence and a signed wedding certificate that makes your marriage legal and valid not the Wedding ceremony.

Celebrant led weddings allow you to pick and choose whatever elements or ideas you want to include so it’s as personal and unique as you.

If you desire a full religious ceremony, you can choose a church wedding.

For many couples who chose this traditional approach, saying their vows in a church is one of the most important parts of their big day.

My primary goal is to work with you to create a unique memorable ceremony to be remembered for years to come.

Each ceremony is individually written for each couple and will be totally unique.
